Extruded Wire Cut Bricks

One of the most popular ways of making bricks is extruding Wire cutting which has become very popular over the last few decades. In this process, relatively low-moisture clay is pushed or extruded through a die to form a column. These are completely exposed, extruded and solid by nature. No plastering is required in such bricks.

Hand Mould

In this process, the ground is levelled and some fine sand is sprinkled on it and inside the mould of the brick. Now the well-prepared clay is either shaped hands to the size of the brick or is pressed in the mould. And the mould fills the corners. The surplus clay is removed. It is to be dipped in water every time.
